Kathy Tingelstad (born March 21, 1958) is a Minnesota politician and a former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives who represented District 49B, which primarily includes portions of the cities of Andover and Coon Rapids in Anoka County in the northern Twin Cities metropolitan area. Prior to the 2002 legislative redistricting, the area was known as District 50B. She later earned a M.B.A. certificate in Organization Management from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul. She was appointed to the position in January 2009, filling the seat vacated by her successor in the legislature, Rep. Jerry Newton.
